We ONLY offer our No-Contact Delivery Service to Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and NYC. Free delivery for orders over $ 49.99 or a flat delivery fee of $ 9.99 is applied.

Where do we ship to?

We ship Nationwide to all the other locations not mentioned above within the 50 States and PR. Free shipping on orders over $74.99 or a flat delivery fee of $14.99 is applied.

What type of Delivery do we offer?

For the safety of our customers and our staff we are only offering NO-CONTACT DELIVERY on all orders. This means that there will be no interactions between our customers and the delivery person. Free delivery for orders over $49.99 or a $ 9.99 flat delivery fee.

Where will your order be Delivered/Shipped?

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address of record.

FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY: At checkout you can write specific instructions in the Special Instruction box only for our delivery people to follow. All delivery people will follow exactly what your write in the Special Instruction box.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

In normal business times orders are delivered same day, however we currently reserve ourselves a twenty-four (24) hour window for delivery. For all shipped orders please allow one (1) day for processing and expect your order to arrive 2 days after being shipped.

How do you know when your order will be delivered?

An email will be sent out the day before your order will be delivered indicating the time of delivery. We will also follow up on the day of the delivery to notify you that your order is on its way to you. For all shipped orders you will receive a tracking number the moment your item is shipped to allow you to track your order.

Is there a chance your order will get delivered in less than 24 hours?

There is a chance that your order can be delivered in less than 24 hours, in that case we will contact via phone to make arrangements.

What if your order does not get delivered in 24 hours?

In case your order does not get delivered in 24 hours please contact us right away via live chat or via email at info@deliveredfreshny.com and please have your order number ready.

What happens when the delivery person gets to your house?

The delivery person will follow the specific directions that you wrote in the special instructions box at checkout. Once the order is dropped off they will take a picture to confirm the delivery.

Should you tip the delivery person?

We can not tell you to tip our delivery person but in these hard economic times we are sure that a tip would be very much appreciated, but only if done in a safe manner.
